Party Cocktail Mix

1 1/2 cup pomegranate juice1 1/2 cup orange juice1 1/2 cup ice cubes3/4 cup Campari 6 thin slices of seedless orangeCombined orange juice, pomegranate juice and ice cubes in a blender.

Blend until the ice is chopped and the mixture is foamy and pale pink.

Pour into a pitcher and add Campari

Server over ice, garnished with a slice of orange.

Yields: 1 6 tablespoons chilled champagne2 tablespoons chilled pomegranate juicePour the pomegranate juice into a champagne glass.
