Making Wine at Home

Clean pomegranates.

Bring water to a boil with barley in it.

Let simmer 5 minutes.

Strain over chopped pomegranates, sugar and citric acid.

Stir well.

When cool add nutrient and yeast.

Strain into fermenting jar.
