Syrup Recipe
3 cups of pomegranate seeds 1 1/2 cup of sugar1 2/3 cups of water
Combine seeds and sugar in small pot and crush and stir until to have a nice mixture.
Cover and let stand overnight.
Boil on medium flame while stirring.
Simmer on a low heat for 2 minutes.
Extract juice by pressing on the seeds that were left.
Cover with a towel until cooled.
Pour into a jar close tightly and refrigerate.
